narcotics is what ruined bodybuilding,, from being some weed in the 60s in arnold time ...it became addiction to strong hard narcotics ....not only nubain but much worse...crystal meth and coacine became colprit in bodybuild cult ,, and it ruined us ,, i want to change it and this is why i explain it here in detail and will talk about it in even more detail in later postings
