dieta da hora, mais vc toma café as 7 e so come denovo as 12:00 ???? 5 horas de estomago vazio? se tem metabolismo rapido não é bom o maximo é de 3 horas! ajeita melhor os horarios pois vc faz ultima refeição as 23:00 deve dormir as 00:00 e as 7 ja toma café ta dormindo pouco ta não?? flws.

Vo mandar Whey com malto no pós treino...

Tomo café as 7 e vou pra facul e la nao tem muita coisa boa pra comer... Só fritura e bobeiras. Se pá pego um suco de laranja sem acçucar e uma barrinha de ceral...

Isso é um mito totalmente derrubado já tem um tempo. Comer a cada 3 horas não acelera seu metabolismo.
