Lembro de um post do Pengo, q achei por acaso, onde ele dizia:

Eu vivo pra musculação...meu dia a dia é todo em prol dela...

treino/dieta/trabalho... tudo envolve ela.

Eu sonho com novos exercicios, tenho pesadelos do tipo " a academia vai fechar e eu não treinei"...

Eu escolhi isso pra mim. Não sou igual a ngm. Evito falar da minha vida, pq ela é diferente, as vezes assusta.

Se tiver que viver 20 anos a menos, devido aos esteroides..eu não ligo. Eu sei que vou me arrepender se chegar aos 80 anos, sabendo que nunca alcancei meus 50 cm de braço... vou ser um velho infeliz, frustrado.

Se aes faz mal eu não sei.... mas eu nunca tive nenhum problema com o uso... mt pelo contrario, tive mts coisas boas.

Nem eu acreditei q ele posto aquilo.

Depois de ler o post Do Pengo até me bateu aquela,fazer 1~2 ciclos só pra ficar mais ou menos encaminhado do jeito que quero e depois levar mais a banho maria mesmo..treinando pesado mas nada fora do comum como geralmente levamos..

Por tudo q li, ele diz q o phil não tem maturidade muscular, q é apenas um balão de agua devido ao abuso de insulina e tb cita o jay, q os dois foram para o msmo caminho, e diz q eles são uma vergonha para os BBs antigos.

Uma coisa q é visível, é q os dois (phil e jay) não são secos ao ponto de ver os cortes das fibras, o jay msmo eu reparei a pouco q o peito dele, nem fibra ao contrair, com certeza pelos SEOs.

Realmente, eu concordo com o gh15 a respeito da compração Phil Heath com Dexter Jackson.

Pra mim o Dexter é o bb que foi mais roubado na historia do olympia. em 2008 foi o unico ano que simetria ganhou de volume.

Phil Heath pra mim vai ter o mesmo numero de olympia que o Markus Ruhl. Ja viu o braço do cara? Pqp...

Esse Gh15 é uma enciclopédia, seus posts valem ouro.

o GH15 MUITO provavelmente é (ou já foi) uma conta compartilhada.

tava lendo umas discussões em fóruns gringos sobre, é notável a mudança em certas idéias dele e na própria maneira de escrever.
