Cross over 1 x 1 rep. 1 x 2 reps. 1 x 3 reps. 1 x 4 reps. 1 x 5 reps. 1 x 6 reps. 1 x 7 reps. 1 x 8 reps. 1 x 9 reps. 1 x 10 reps. Ta certo assim ou esse artigo está errado :?
