What's up fellas. Beast mode here. I'm just here to tell the guys out there waiting on super powers, to stop waiting and go get them bitches.. The fuck...?

Nofap? Nofap saves you from releasing your energy. So if you have been many days/weeks without releasing, you'll have all this energy. It's only energy! What you do with it is all on you. You can go through your day doing the same shit, having the same thoughts, wondering "where are my super powers." "This doesn't work." And not cultivating your new energy. If you like where you are then you don't have to do extra shit. But I'm under the impression that most of us are here because we want fucking better.

It doesn't fall from the sky. It actually comes from what you consume, but that's another "body of text." You have to ground it. Really ground this beautiful energy. Here's a list of my recommendations:

  1. In the early days, the first two weeks, sit back relax don't go out of your way to do extra shit. If girls notice you more, smile and keep it moving, you're in training. You're training yourself, fucking focus. If you get too caught up in how girls and how any other fuck face looks at you/thinks about you, you are gonna lose balance. The first two weeks are about balancing yourself and really '''FEELING''' the energy you are generating. During the first two weeks I highly recommend a form a meditation. 40 mins a day should be your goal to develop mental and emotional awareness, you have to be serious, this is not a game(well life is a game but what kind of player are you? Fuck).

  2. After two weeks of getting to know a little bit about your energy and how it '''FEELS''', I recommend to start doing some body work. Can be literally whatever you want it to be whether yoga, lifting, running, dancing, whatever gets you to develop full body awareness you overstand? Full body awareness is very important because I hear some of you fellas out there air hump your mattresses and what not without control. With full body awareness you'll be in control of your body. You control what you do and don't do. Meaning if you want to air hump your matteress, you can go harder now.?

  3. So now it's been atleast a month since you started your journey. You've been meditating, you know your thoughts and how they play a role in your emotions. You've been doing body work, so now you have control over your self, you're breathing easier. It's been atleast a month now. Now I recommend being a little more open, that girl smiles at you, you have options now. You can follow up and say "Hey my name is Noah, how you doing, don't fucking touch me or I'm sueing!" Lol but foreal, by this time if you have been doing the work, you can walk up to a chick and say that. With ease. But that's just to test your new powers. You will have super powers now. Only if you did the work!!! I recommend connecting with friends. Going out. Having fun with life. Do whatever it is that you always wanted. But you can't let go of the solid foundation that you have built. You have to continue to meditate, and continue the body work. The powers will only get better if you continue to train.

On a side note this really helps too. Reading books and taking notes on key points that intrigue you while reading. And when you write enjoy writing. Write neat, make love to the paper through your pen. This is subtle but... Eh you'll understand if you do it. Peace ✌?️

I think besides all that, it is also important for us to stop doing things that hold us back.

  1. If you have a fucked up sleeping schedule, that should be fixed as soon as possible. Sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. This one has been a game changer for me.

  2. Stop getting high of the internet. Limit facebook, twitter, reddit to 1 hour a day. Too much internet can be bad as well.

  3. Now, stop eating crap food you've been eating. Sugar and white bread can fuck up the dopamine levels in our brain. Limit it or stop it.

Realizing the things that hold you back are equally important and will require more effort.
