The Real Zyzz's Guide to becoming Alpha

OK here are the original points I agree strongly with.

- It is beta to smile a lot unless something is actually funny, or you are giving a girl a cheeky smile.

- Alphas always show their presence when entering a room or group of people. Make sure you give lots eye contact.

- Good posture makes everyone notice your presence more.

- Always state your opinions on things.

- Lift weights to ensure your natural testosterone levels are high.

Now here are some of my extra points.

- Alpha Males have to be intelligent, both generally and socially.

- Alphas do not care what others think of them. Betas care and need compliments. 95% of men are Beta. Woman are classed as Betas, they need compliments. Do not give compliments to them and they will wonder what is up and try to win you over.

- A good social life is imperative. Alphas are people everyone want to be friends with. As a result of this girls need to know you have many friends to confirm you are in fact Alpha. Having lots of friends is also a good way to meet more girls. So get off your computer and get out the house.

- Insulting girls does in fact work for getting most girls to want you. It works more on girls that are used to being complimented a lot. You don't have to insult them directly like the original thread said. Most girls are simply insulted when you don't give a compliment to them when they expect you to.

Beta Example:

Woman - "I got a new haircut today."

Man - "Wow it looks good on you."

Alpha Example:

Woman - "I got a new haircut today."

Man - "I don't notice a difference."

- You need to be confident. You need to be in the state of mind that you are superior to the girl, especially if they are good looking.

If you have trouble talking to good looking girls, try this.

Imagine them taking a shit. Imagine that disgusting smell infesting your nostrils. You have the advantage because you know there is a time of day when this girl is absolutely repulsive. Now treat her this way.
