O que vcs acham do teinamento dos Buff Dudes, seria bom para naturaus? Eles lançaram um programa de 12 semanas.
É possivel acessar no youtube e no site deles. Sou bem leigo no assunto mas achei interessante porem o treino trabalha um musculo por semana, apesar de ser um pouco volumos nas repetiçoes.
