Treino pra hipertrofia com dieta com 2g de proteina por kg desde abril desse ano (academia desde 06/2012)
Entre abril pra cá eu tirava as proteinas de fonte meio sujas , dieta n era regrada só importava bater as proteinas ....
o treino por falta de tempo as vezes era bem feito mas as vezes não tinham semanas que era :
seg/biceps// ter/ombro// qua/triceps// qui/dorsal// sex/peito// sab/ombro.
Comecei a treinar traps e quad só esse mes ... (burro)
e dieta acabava indo com MUITO CARBO . resultado
(gineco desde os 12 anos alguem sabe se com letrozol sai ? )
